DAN Boater Joins the National Safe Boating Council

By DAN Boater

Durham, NC - DAN Boater, one of the most recognized names in travel safety, proudly announces it has joined the National Safe Boating Council (NSBC) as a Patron member.

Recognized as the premier organization in recreational boating safety, the NSBC is a membership organization boasting over 500 U.S. and international members committed to reducing boating accidents and enhancing the boating experience through education, outreach, and training.

Similarly, DAN Boater offers a treasure trove of resources—articles, videos, and free health and safety guides— geared to boating and travel safety, all accessible from NSBC’s website at https://www.safeboatingcouncil.org/resources.

“Joining the NSBC as a Patron, the highest tiered membership level available, reflects our commitment to the Council’s goals and visions, which, in numerous ways, mirror those of DAN Boater”, confirms William Ziefle, President and CEO of DAN. “For both of our organizations, safe boating practices are a top priority.”

“We appreciate DAN Boater’s strong commitment to recreational boating safety,” says Peg Phillips, NSBC Executive Director, “and are thrilled to add them to our network of professionals in the commercial realm, the nonprofit sector, and individuals that want to make boating a safer and more enjoyable experience.”
